ABP Mentoring Program
If helping people feel welcome and introducing newcomers to the business is something that comes naturally to you, we can help you to become an ABP Mentor.
ABP SHE Mentoring
If you’re a female colleague, our ABP She mentoring programme offers time with trained individuals who will help you navigate the next steps of your career.
ABP Academy
No qualifications needed but a serious passion for production required. This 2-year intensive training programme will fast track your growth to become a highly experienced and qualified employee within the company.
Shadowing
Take advantage of the shadowing experiences we offer. You might find a hidden passion which we can support you to build on in the future.

English language
ABP can support you to learn conversational English in a way that works around your work and family/social life. These sessions can be arranged online with flexibility and a friendly approach taking all levels into consideration.
E-Learning
Learn new skills online at a time that suits you. ABP offers eLearning via our internal eLearning platform and online courses available through external providers.
IT Skills
If you’d like to upskill in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Word etc we can support you via classroom and e-learning opportunities.
ABP Committees
There are great opportunities for all of our employees to join the up-and-coming committees that support our employee experience. By being involved in the committees you can have a voice on important matters, meet new people and help with your communication skills.
